Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time during holiday seasons.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States:
- USA Standard (USPS, 2–5 business days): $5.99
- USA Priority (FedEx, 1–2 business days): $11.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
Canada:
- Canada Standard (DHL/FedEx, 4–8 business days): $9.70
- Canada Priority (FedEx, 2–5 business days): $21.50
International (26 countries):
- International Standard (DHL/FedEx, 3–10 business days): $9.22
- International Priority (FedEx, 2–5 business days): $18.00
Tracking Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. You can track your order via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.).
Separate Packages Some orders may arrive in separate packages to expedite shipping.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If you do not receive your item within 8 weeks of your order date, we will reship your item at no additional cost, provided the correct shipping information was entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address or stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Orders We ship to 27 countries worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or other government fees, lost packages within your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other unforeseen issues.
