Ordering
Ordering is straightforward. Find the product you want, choose your options — box style, message card design — and enter your personalisation details on the product page. Add to cart and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
We start production quickly, so changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at hello@prestoperfect.com with your order number and the correction needed. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes before the item goes to production.
Yes — every single order arrives in premium gift-ready packaging at no extra cost. Our mahogany boxes and velvet pouches are part of the gift experience, not an optional add-on. You can also add a personal handwritten-style gift note at checkout, which we include inside the package.
Most of our products are designed to be personalised and are most meaningful that way. That said, if you want to leave the personalisation fields blank, most items will ship with the standard design and no custom text. Some products — such as engraved pieces — require at least a name or date to complete the order.

Personalisation
On each product page you will find personalisation fields — typically a name, a date, or a short message depending on the item. Enter your text exactly as you want it to appear. Our team reviews every single submission before it goes to production, so if we spot anything that looks like a typo we will contact you before proceeding.
Character limits vary by product. Caseback engravings are typically limited to12 charactersto ensure the text remains legible and elegant. Message cards allow up to120 characters. Each product page clearly states its character limit — if you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Standard Latin characters, numbers, and common punctuation (periods, commas, hyphens, ampersands) work on all products. Heart symbols and simple icons are available on some items. Other scripts and languages depend on the engraving method used — contact us before ordering if you have a specific requirement and we will confirm compatibility.
If the error is ours — a misprint, alignment issue, or deviation from what you submitted — we will replace the item immediately and cover all costs. If the error was in the text you submitted, we will work with you to find a fair solution. Either way, send us a photo and your order number and we will respond within one business day.
We do not currently offer digital proofs as standard, as our production process is fast and our quality checks are thorough. If you are placing a large order or have a complex personalisation request, contact us before ordering and we can arrange a preview for an additional lead time of 1–2 days.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies and is calculated at checkout. We also run free shipping promotions throughout the year — signing up to our email list is the best way to catch them.
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply in your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised correctly. However, we offerfree returns and full replacementson any item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly personalised due to our error. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We are sorry — that should not happen. Please email us at hello@prestoperfect.comwith your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately and cover all associated costs. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 1–2 business days. From there, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After that window, the item may already be in production and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and we will do our best to assist.

Our wooden watches are rated3ATM water resistant, which means they are splash-proof and can handle brief contact with water — rain, washing hands, and similar everyday exposure. They are not designed for swimming or submersion. Remove the watch before showering or swimming to preserve the wood grain and movement.
Full-grain leather develops a beautiful patina over time with normal use. Keep it away from prolonged water exposure and direct sunlight. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally away from heat. A small amount of leather conditioner every few months will keep it supple. Avoid chemical cleaners — a slightly damp cloth is all you need for surface marks.
We photograph our products on a calibrated setup under consistent lighting to give you the most accurate representation possible. Natural wood grain means no two watches are identical — slight colour and grain variations are a feature, not a flaw. If the received item looks materially different from what was shown and you are concerned, contact us with a photo.
